Important — not financial advice
FIRE Wealth OS provides educational information and historical simulations only. Nothing on this site or in the product is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Past market performance does not guarantee future results. Please consult a regulated financial adviser before making investment decisions.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding contract between you and FIRE Wealth OS (“we”, “us”) governing your use of firewealthos.com and the related services (the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
The Service is a planning tool that runs Financial Independence / Retire Early (FIRE) simulations against historical market data. It produces illustrative projections to help you think about retirement planning. It does not provide personal recommendations, regulated investment advice or any FCA-authorised activity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By signing up you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for anything done under your account.
- Provide accurate information at signup and keep it up to date.
- Notify us promptly at hello@firewealthos.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- The Free plan is free of charge. The Premium plan is offered on a monthly or yearly subscription at the prices shown on the pricing page (£9.99/month or £79/year in the UK, $12.99/month or $99/year in the US).
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us, via Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle and you retain Premium access until then.
- We may offer a money-back guarantee from time to time as clearly stated at checkout. Beyond that, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law (UK consumer rights, including the 14-day cooling-off period for digital content where it applies).
- We may change subscription pricing. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change takes effect for you.
- Prices include applicable VAT or sales tax unless stated otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
- Reverse engineer, scrape at industrial scale, or attempt to extract our underlying data sets, models or source code beyond what is provided through the user interface.
- Resell, redistribute or republish the Service or its outputs as if they were your own product.
- Use the Service to break the law, infringe rights or circumvent our security.
- Share your account with others or operate multiple accounts to evade plan limits.
6. Your content
You retain all rights in the simulation inputs you enter. By using the Service you give us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, simulation logic and outputs, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial financial planning while your account is active and these Terms are in force.
8. Educational content — no advice, no warranty
All projections and analysis produced by the Service are illustrative and based on historical data and assumptions that may not hold in the future. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
Subject to that, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any investment losses, missed gains, tax outcomes or other financial decisions you make based on information from the Service.
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
- Our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in that period, and (b) £100.
10. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails and is not promptly resolved, or if we reasonably believe your use puts the Service or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, liability and governing law) will survive.
11. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. If we make material changes to the Terms we will notify you by email or with an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK you may bring proceedings in the courts of that part.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
